Kuningan Regent Signs Legal Documents, Deputy Regent Ready for Floods! Peek at Today's Schedule of Activities

YELLOW NEWS- Tuesday, November 4, 2025, became a very busy and strategic day for the leadership of Kuningan Regency. Regent of Kuningan, H. Dian Rachmat Yanuar and Deputy Regent of Kuningan, Hj. Tuti Andriani carried out separate agendas that were both important, as one focused on strengthening legal cooperation at the West Java level and the other led preparedness in facing hyrometeorological disaster threats in Kuningan.
This counter-agenda demonstrates the Regency Government of Kuningan's commitment to maintaining legal stability and community security from natural threats.
Regent of Kuningan Ensures Clean Governance in Bekasi
Regent of Kuningan, H. Dian Rachmat Yanuar is scheduled to depart to the Bekasi Regency Government Office Complex to attend an important event for regional governance (Pemda).
Its main activity is the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Chief of the West Java Prosecutor's Office and the Governor of West Java Province, as well as the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) between the Chief of the District/City Prosecutor's Office and all Regent/Mayor within the West Java region.
The event initiated by the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia will be attended directly by the Attorney General of RI, the Governor of West Java, and the Chief Prosecutor for General Crimes. The activity will take place from 09:00 WIB to 11:00 WIB. It is hoped that this PKS (Perjanjian Kerja Sama) will serve as a legal framework for the Kuningan Regional Government so that every policy and use of regional budget is free from potential legal deviations. This is a concrete effort to realize transparent and accountable governance.
Deputy Regent Leads Kuningan Disaster Readiness Parade
At almost the same time, the Deputy Regent of Kuningan, Hj. Tuti Andriani, directly led the disaster rescue and mitigation efforts in Kuningan. In the morning, at 07:15 WIB, she served as the Inspection Officer during the Emergency Preparedness Assembly facing Extreme Weather Disasters and Hydro-Meteorological Disasters in 2025. This assembly was organized by BPBD on the yard of the Kuningan Regency Office.
Yellow Disaster Alert has become a priority agenda, considering Kuningan's geographical condition that is prone to landslides and floods during the rainy season. This apel (inspection) aims to ensure that all emergency response teams and equipment are in optimal condition to protect the community from the worst impacts of natural disasters.
Full Session of the Draft Law Issue
Not only disaster readiness, the Deputy Regent also focuses on regional institutional reform. At 13:00 WIB, Hj. Tuti Andriani had to attend the Special Session of the Regional Representative Council (DPRD) of Kuningan Regency because there are two important agendas. Including:
Transformation of BUMD: Submission of the Regent's Response to the General Opinions of the Fractons regarding the Draft Law on BUMD. Namely, changing the legal form of the State-Owned Enterprise Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Kuningan into the State-Owned Enterprise Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Kuningan. This step is vital for strengthening the local economy and banking services.
Regional Preservation: Submission of Responses from the Fractons to the Regent's Opinions on Two Other Important Draft Regional Regulations. Namely, the Regulation on the Preservation and Management of Cultural Heritage and the Draft Regional Regulation on the Protection of Local Superior Products.
Night Closed with the Opening of a Mosque and Football
After completing energy-draining official duties, Deputy Regent Tuti Andriani will end the day with an agenda that directly involves the community. In the afternoon, she will attend and open the Open Football Tournament of the Tangkiz Cup IV 2025 at Karamatwangi Football Field.
The agenda ended with a religious activity. That is, the invitation to attend and officially open Al Maarif Mosque in Sindangbarang Village, Jalaksana District around 20:00 WIB. This combination of a busy schedule confirms that the Kuningan regional leadership is working hard on legal, safety, economic, and social-religious matters of the community.***
