French Open 2025: Djokovic, Zverev, and Gauff Launch Their Campaign on Day 3

Following a successful start from several top stars at the Roland Garros 2025, day three promises even more thrilling matches. In an anticipated match at Court Philippe-Chatrier, legendary Novak Djokovic will kick off his campaign against Mackenzie McDonald. Seeking redemption after not advancing beyond the semifinals last year, the Serbian player aims for his fourth championship at the French Open.

The second-place finisher from last year and the third-seeded player Alexander Zverev will also be in action As he faces off against USA's Learner Tien at Court Suzanne-Lenglen, the player aims high. Meanwhile, Australia’s Alex De Minaur will kick off his quest for a first Grand Slam title when he squares off against Laslo Djere at Court 14.

In the women's singles, last year’s semifinalist and second-seeded player Coco Gauff will begin her tournament against Australia's Olivia Gadecki at Court Philippe-Chatrier. Third-seed Jessica Pegula aims to launch her campaign with a victory when she faces Romania's Anca Todoni. Additionally, Mirra Andreeva will take part in the matches as she competes against Spain's Cristina Bucsa at Court Suzanne-Lenglen.
