Banyumas Religious Affairs Office Facilitates Mediation Between MTs Teachers and An Najah Rancamaya Foundation, No Agreement Reached
PR JATENG- The Banyumas Regency Religious Affairs Office (Kemenag) facilitated mediation between two teachers from An Najah Rancamaya Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) and the An Najah Foundation, Cilongok, Banyumas Regency, Central Java. "Mediation is conducive, but there is indeed no final agreement between the two parties," explained Djoko.
This case emerged after two MTs An Najah Rancamaya teachers, Siti Nur Hikmah and Afidatul Mutmainah, were unilaterally dismissed by the foundation.
Both then requested clarification and rehabilitation through legal assistance.
The Banyumas Religious Affairs Office emphasized that it will continue to monitor the development of the case and is ready to facilitate until a fair solution for all parties is found.
The second mediation between both parties, covered by several media, once asked the legal representative of the Foundation regarding the statement of the Chairperson, which was first confirmed after the two teachers reported to the Peradi SAI Purwokerto Legal Clinic.
The chairman of the foundation is suspected of making remarks that were not favorable to the media crew regarding the second teacher's clarification.
"Which news do you want to find, or do you want to find money? Then, if you want to confirm, you must bring a letter of assignment with an official stamp and come here," said the voice in the recording suspected to be from the chairman of the foundation.
Responding to the media's question, Arif Rahman's legal representative, SH, has not yet known about it.
"Please ask the relevant person directly," answered Arif Rahman, SH.
Until this news was released, Banyumas Religious Affairs Office hopes both parties can control themselves and resolve the issue in a family-like manner.***
